DAILY PRICE
All prices are in EURO per room and day including the Seefels pampering guarantee and with à la carte Schloss breakfast. The local tax and accommodation tax is not included in the daily prices and is € 2.70 per person and day for those 16 and older.
RESERVATIONS
Your reservation is binding upon receipt of your credit card details (credit card number, expiration date, and CVC code).
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival by 12:00 p.m. (local time). In the event of late cancellation of the room or non-arrival without prior cancellation (no-show) or early departure, we will charge 80% of the booking costs to your credit card.
Otherwise the General Terms & Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply. Place of performance is Töschling 1, place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.
The prices offered are subject to statutory duties and taxes. If these change, Hotel Schloss Seefels Besitz- und Management GmbH is entitled to make price adjustments. Updated: March 2023. Subject to errors.
Useful information
ARRIVAL
On arrival day, your room will be available starting at 3 p.m., and on departure day, we ask that you check out by 12 p.m. In the event of early departure or no-show, we charge 80% of the agreed room price.
LATE CHECK-OUT (based on availability)
Until 6 p.m., we charge 50% of the agreed room price. After 6 p.m., 100% of the agreed room price will be charged.
SMOKING
All suites and rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor cigar lounge and on the balcony (if available). Failure to comply with the non-smoking rule will result in a cleaning fee of € 200. Damage such as burn holes etc. will be billed separately.
ROOM REQUESTS
Room requests will be taken into consideration if possible, but we can't make any guarantees.
CHILDREN'S DISCOUNT
We calculate per child and day in the parents' room including à la carte Schloss breakfast:

PETS
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept dogs or pets. If you arrive with a dog or pet, the room cannot be occupied and the cancellation fee according to the booking confirmation will be charged.

Bonjour à la carte Schloss breakfast
From 7:00 am to 11:00 am
The Schloss breakfast is included in the room price. You choose à la carte from over 100 delicacies. If your favorite dish is not on the breakfast menu, we will do our utmost to fulfill your wish.
The shorter the distance, the fresher the products
Chef Richard Hessl acquires 80% of the products within 70 kilometers. Fully ripe and full of flavor – the fresh products are made à la minute into delicious breakfast specialties.
