Florian Scheichenbauer, Resident Manager, has already celebrated his 20-year anniversary of working here. Executive Chef Richard Hessl will reach this milestone in a few years. Assistant Restaurant Manager Claudia Mak has already celebrated her 10-year anniversary here.
