All prices are in EURO per room and day including the Seefels pampering guarantee and with à la carte Schloss breakfast. The local tax and accommodation tax is not included in the daily prices and is € 2.70 per person and day for those 16 and older.
Cancellation terms & conditions
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, no-show or early departure, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged to your credit card.
Flexible cancellation conditions COVID-19
We act according to the recommendations and restrictions of the federal government. Should there be another closing of the borders or a lockdown, which makes it inevitable to close the hotel, you can cancel or rebook your reservation at short notice without any fees. We also reserve the right to cancel your booking at short notice, should the general situation require to do so.

The General Terms and Conditions for the hotel industry 2006 apply. The place of fulfilment is Töschling 1, and the place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.
All previous price lists are no longer valid. The offered prices are subject to taxes and duties. If these should change, Hotel Schloss Seefels Besitz- und Management GmbH is entitled to adjust prices. As of: August 2022. Subject to errors.
CHECK-IN
On arrival day, your room will be available starting at 3 p.m., and on departure day, we ask that you check out by 12 p.m. In the event of early departure or no-show, we charge 80% of the agreed room price.
LATE CHECK-OUT (subject to availability)
Until 6 p.m. we charge 50% of the agreed room rate. After 6 p.m., 100% of the agreed room rate will be charged.
SMOKING
All suites and rooms are non-smoking. You can smoke in our outdoor cigar lounge and on your balcony (if available). Disregard of the non-smoking rule, a cleaning flat rate of € 200 applies. Damage such as burn holes etc. are charged separately.
CHILDREN
Baby cot or extra bed in the parents' room including à-la-carte Schloss breakfast:
- up to 3 years of age, babies and children stay for free
- for ages 4 to 7, we charge € 90 per day
- from 8-12 yrs. old € 135 per day
- from 13-15 yrs. old € 165 per day

DOGS & PETS
Please kindly be informed that we do not accommodate dogs and pets in all areas at Schloss Seefels. Should you arrive with your dog or pet, we are unable to proceed with the check-in and the cancellation fee according to the booking confirmation will be charged. We are happy to recommend a boarding kennel close to the hotel.
