The Schlossbar menu is more than a presentation of over 200 aromas of aperitifs, classic cocktails, whisk(y)s, champagne cocktails, non-alcoholic cocktails, gin & tonic, bitters & grappas, brandy, cognac & armagnac, Austrian distillates, Agave distillates, vodka & rum.
The menu also tells stories about its origin, the making and the flavors, which our bar team uses their knowledge of mixology and bartending to continue in an interesting and personal way.
Anyone who is open to new things can choose from the “Bartenders Choice” menu and create their own personal drink. The base ingredient and desired flavor can be chosen; and then our bartenders show what they can do: high-proof magic to enjoy.
Let's smoke on the heated outdoor terrace - this invitation goes out to all 'aficionados' who allow themselves to be seduced by the beautiful selection of cigars and accompany them with well-aged port wine, characterful rum, smoky whiskey or even a spicy, sweet tequila.
