Freshly cut seasonal fruit and vegetables as well as cheese, ham, and sausage specialties are artistically arranged on the finest Augarten porcelain. Everything that is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and freshly prepared according to your wishes is simply mouth-watering.
Restaurant manager Antonello Pizzo knows what our guests love for breakfast. A few years ago it was still salmon, ham, and light pastries. Now it's freshly made curd cheese and herb spreads, colorful vegetable sticks, freshly cut seasonal fruit, muesli, and cereals as well as wholesome pastries from the fragrant bread table. The must-eat at the moment are the waffles with vanilla cream and fresh berries, and the classic is still the egg in a glass. Our guests should definitely try the sheep and goat milk products from the organic farm Leber vulgo Skofitsch and the homemade jams from chef Richard Hessl and his team.
The Schloss breakfast - in summer on the wonderful lake terrace and in the winter garden in the cooler season - is included in the room price for hotel guests.
