Freshly cut seasonal fruit and vegetables as well as cheese, ham, and sausage specialties are artistically arranged on the finest Augarten porcelain. Everything that is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and freshly prepared according to your wishes is simply mouth-watering.
Restaurant manager Antonello Pizzo knows what our guests love for breakfast. A few years ago it was still salmon, ham, and light pastries. Now it's freshly made curd cheese and herb spreads, colorful vegetable sticks, freshly cut seasonal fruit, muesli, and cereals as well as wholesome pastries from the fragrant bread table.
An absolute must-eat are the waffles with vanilla cream and fresh berries, while the timeless egg in a glass continues to impress. Don't miss the specialties made from sheep's milk from the organic farm Nuart vulgo Hafner and the fine natural delicacies from the organic farm cheese dairy Höfer. Our breakfast is rounded off with homemade jams from chef Richard Hessl and his team - a real treat that you shouldn't miss.
