Deliberately regional

The shorter the distances, the fresher the products. Chef Richard Hessl obtains 80% of the food from within a radius of 70 kilometers. Fish from the Wörthersee. Wagyu beef from the Lavanttal. Bread from the local bakery. Vegetables from local fields. All ripe and full of flavor.

From November 29th, 2024, in line with Advent, the culinary team in the gourmet restaurant La Terrasse will pamper guests during the following opening times:

Tuesday: Kitchen from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m
Wednesday to Saturday: Kitchen from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m
Sunday: Kitchen from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m
Monday: closed

in the restaurant La Terrasse

In summer, Seefels guests can dine on what is probably the most beautiful lakeside terrace in Austria. In the cooler seasons, the colors bordeaux, chamois, pink, and terracotta, which adorn the restaurant, create a reserved elegance and give full attention to a very special gem, the wine climate room with 700 bottles of red wine, white wine, and Champagne.

3 Gault Millau toques, 4 Falstaff forks, and 3 Slow Food Carinthian snails say everything about the excellent and consistent quality. Hotel guests can order à la carte, a 4-course menu of the day, or put together their own menu of their choice from our à la carte menu.
