You will learn from two culinary artists how easy and quick green cuisine is. Gabriele Köchl, superwoman and SUPERFOOD EXPERT, will share her passion for local wild plants and their uses. Many of these so-called superfoods grow and thrive in the hotel's own herb garden, which we will explore, smell, and taste together. 

Lisa Wieland, star cuisinière, winner of the "BEST FEMALE CHEF BOOK" in 2019, and protégé of Hollywood chef Wolfgang Puck transforms wild superfoods such as nettles, purslane, wild garlic, and many other regional and seasonal products into healthy, quick dishes as part of a cooking course. At an early dinner together, you have the opportunity to enrich yourself with the valuable knowledge of these two powerful women.

She is an inspiration and role model for thousands of women. Katharina Schneider will talk about personal stories, her dreams, self-realization, and mistakes. We are and will remain excited.

Thriving & relaxing in the Bisazza spa
Enjoy pure relaxation in between the program highlights in the urban jungle and sea of Bisazza flowers. The blossoming 30,000 m² Schloss garden was artistically incorporated into the spa. What tops off the opulence and splendor in the architecturally unique spa is the panoramic sauna with a clear view of the Wörthersee. Swimming in the Wörthersee lake pool with a pleasant water temperature of 28 degrees is pure luxury and nature. It is an absolute highlight at sunrise or sunset.
