EMMANUEL ROUGET
The story of this wonderful winery cannot be told without mentioning its most famous vineyard, Parantoux. The vineyard is located directly above the Grand Cru Richebourg, where the hectare is priceless. And these Burgundies from this large domaine are so pricelessly unique.
DOMAINE DES LAMBRAYS
Clos des Lambrays is one of the oldest documented locations in France and the world - the vineyard was first described in 1365. MICHEL NIELLON
Bâtard and Chevalier Montrachet. Here you go: the domain can deliver these rarities. Wonderfully fine wines from a winery that relies on slow, spontaneous fermentation, but does not let the wines mature in wood forever and has closed a gap in Burgundy's offering with early bottling. Elegance is the perfect term for Niellon wines.
