Restaurant Manager Antonello Pizzo knows what guests love for breakfast. Only a few years ago, it was salmon, ham, and pastries. Now it is spreads, crudités, fruits, nuts, and wholefood pastries. At the moment, the must-eat is the waffle with vanilla cream and fresh berries, and one classic is still eggs in a glass. Guests definitely must try natural delicacies made from organic goat and sheep milk products and the homemade jams by our chef Richard Hessl and his team.
